MarkB, how do I grow my franchised national accounting and financial services business?

Mark, I have a franchise business started 2014 has 50 franchisees in 5 states across oz, mostly qualified and experienced accountants (CPA, CA and IPA) with additional quals in finance, wealth, property, business advisory, and legal. Profitable. 5000 clients. Recurring subscription based (fixed price agreements) income, unlike Slater & Gordon and McGrath who have mostly non-recurring income in their business models. Growing 35% year on year. Expect to reach 75 viable franchisees within 6 months. Low-cost economies of scale model. I am the Founder and owner (with my wife) of an unlisted public company which is the ultimate holding company. I have 30 years of franchising consulting experience - decided to show that I not only talked the talk. Have recently acquired another accounting practice to grow the business (Cinch Advisers). Want to take it to the next level and looking for 3 year exit plan. Am 66 years young. Would a merger with a like-minded business model be the way to go? Or continue to go it alone? How can we acquire quality leads, and more of them, and then get contracts?

Hi Mark and other coaches! Our business targets new migrants who want to start their own business here especially those on a Business Investment/Innovation Stream Visa. Our website's "www.safesettle.com.au" Our service bundles are "Business Sourcing", "Business Coaching", "Business Upgrade", "Asset Acquisition" and "Preparations for the Next Stage" of their visa (as a complementary service). Before starting this business I have successfully provided some of these services to two clients. Since 6 months ago when we started it as a business, we have had only 6 referrals and none been changed to real customers, we feel like we are wasting our time. We need more leads and actually more quality leads, I think. And also we want locked-in contracts? as we planned for the first year of our business we should have "20 customers" in the first year. My business partner is also suggesting us to diverse our business service bundles to other markets such as those who want to start their own "trade business". We are seeking serious advice that's why we have referred to serious people like you and we really want to get this business rolling. Thanks in advance for your help.

How can i get my brand to be noticed?

HI Mentors I have been building my own brand for some time now. I'd really appreciate some advice on how to grow it. I create custom made Couture dresses. My Studio is home based. However Id love to have my own boutique with Ready to wear pieces for walk in customers also, as the Custom side of the business really doesn't generate much at all. I do everything myself, all handmade by ME. I have Facebook and Instagram, and I'm constantly advertising on Social Media, doing target market ads... Id love some advice please on moving forward. Kindest Regards B x

Help with developing foundations

I am one year into my business concept related to the adult industry. I believe that I have progressed with my research and I am aware of the gap in the market. I would like to ask help and direction in what I should be looking into. With developing and creating an App. I understand that experts in certain fields are needed such as I.T but would you have a possible starting point for me to have a guide on the financial side, time frame and restrictions. Thankyou you in advance for your time and assistance. Hope to hear from you soon.
