I have an online startup company 1st in Australia (disruptive) offering online asset loans. I am very nervous about any equity deals & can provide security for loans to fund the business. I have a biz plan, website, Pitch all ready to go. I need direction for funding, exit strategy, who do you suggest I talk to , to give me the confidence to take to next level & how do I find companies & people to pitch to. I have had an investor interested investing $1m, however he wants half of the business and I'm not prepared to give up any equity at this stage. Regards, Stuck in a rut :)

If you can send thru the info you mention, I am happy to get this looked at for you and see how we might be able to help - but most likely you will need to release some equity in order to get the funding you need to grow ( Smaller piece of a larger pie ).
