When it comes to knowing what your consumer is looking for, it’s crucial in marketing anything to give people what they want.

Brian McGuigan’s advice is very clear: give them what they want, and not what you the producer thinks that they should have.

Brian’s role at McGuigan Wines in the early days, was to ensure he spoke with lots of consumers very regularly and tweaked the package and the product to ensure it met consumer demands.
