Things to remember:
-Engagement is nothing without persuasion - cutting through is important but you have to think about your end goal.
-A like or a view online can mean nothing unless it makes people want to use your brand or service.
-They should harness the fact that they’re willing to be brave.
-Humour needs to be sophisticated, subtle and not silly - be clever and smart.
